My daughters first accomplishment crushed! SIES!!

What a way to give a first time buyer the worst experience of her life! As a single mom , your kids dont have what most other kids have and their achievements is especially celebrated because they excelled and achieved what most kids from sigle parenthoods cant. Her words to me when she went to fetch the vehicle is: mom now i can be independant like you! And then 1 hour later the car wont start, i understand things happen but this also happened to my future son in law end of last year...same bad service, no apology just a ****y managers remark of "we are the best" as to say it is the clients fault. Things were off right from the get go...she didnt get the car deep cleaned as promised, she got there and everything was rushed , empty car, had to wait to get fuel then when she left the car made a sound it strangely didnt male when test driven 2 days prior, weird right. U have taken my daughters first life goal from celebratory to failure and that can never be taken back, plus now she must wait 3 months to re apply for car finance, no apology, no after service, nothing, my child deserves better and you need to up your game. Pathetic.. and this is based on 2 broken cars sold in a few months time to 2 of my family members...Stay away...
