My biggest concern is the lack of transparency and how concerns are handled after the sale. When an issue is raised about something that was not properly disclosed, the response should be to investigate and take accountability, not simply say that the customer signed and inspected the vehicle and that it is therefore “not our problem”, followed by being directed to MIOSA. It is concerning that WeBuyCars has previously faced scrutiny regarding consumer compliance, yet the approach to customer concerns appears unchanged. As a consumer, I have to ask: what has actually changed if the response to a legitimate concern is still, “You signed, so it’s not our problem”? Very disappointing customer experience. I expected greater transparency, accountability and adherence to consumer protections.
