Hi my name is Mrs K.E.C Nkabinde I bought a Mercedes Benz C200 number plate CAA524275 from webuycars in Richmond western cape around November 2023 with a Gold sticker and I was told the car has no issues,well before collection they took in for roadworthy and didn't pass as they found faults so they said they will sort them out and they took it somewhere comeback and said car is ready for collection and I went to collect but on my way home the alarms came back and I informed them about it they said I should bring it back the following day and I did so they can fix it, called me for collection I went drive one day and faults where back so finally after trying few mechanics I returned the car back to them and they received it in December but they didn't take it off my name as they were driving it and got speeding fines under my name around 16 February 2024 ,I told them about the fine and send it them to pay it off till today it's not paid and I'm sitting with a warrant of arrest and to them as a big company it's business as usual pls help how do I deal with this matter.🙏🙏🙏
