I bought a VW Transporter from Webuycars JHB South. What a bad experience! They let us know that we must come and sign the paperwork, we waited nearly 2 hours for assistance. We couldn't get the Transporter because it broke down on there way back from the garage. They fix the vehicle. I'm still waiting for the number plates and license disk, the temp expire on Mondag the 17th of Feb. We asked them about it and received a message that it is not ready yet. We ask for another temp. and yet again we must drive through to collect. Bad customer service.
