I'm having problems with we buy cars JHB SOUTH I was involved in an accident(car coughtfire) and now my insurance wants a full dekra report. They called dekra and they were informed that only we buy cars can obtain it that was 2 weeks back and no one from we buy cars is willing to help, i do have the standard dekra i signed when purchasing the car but now what is needed is faults or what was tested and what the full report says about the car. I have been trying to call everyone is sending me from one person to the next and no one is trying to help i get to be told people are busy on the floor and they never call back when I ask for feedback from them and for over 2 weeks i call the call center and when getting through to jhb South call ends. I even communicated with 2 of their stuff members and they cant help I'm referred to someone else and after that back to where I was before being told someone else should do that and no one is even trying to understand that I'm using airtime to call in for them to just ignore me and worse I'm their client surely helping me should be number one on their list but not with jhb South team
