On the 23 January 2024 I bought a Challenger 210 Town Country trailer white 6ft at We Buy Cars the Dome. On the 17th of April 2024 Tiaan Lombard the salesman sends me a what's up that they have a credit, and I must send my Proof of payment, ID and Banking details for them, so I went into the Branch and gave them everything. When I called the salesman, he said he lost everything I must sends him everything on What's up, so I did. Few days later when my wife contact him, he said no we must E/Mail it to him, so I did it in May already till now I didn't receive any credit or feedback. I also phone the Dome several times. Can somebody please follow up and give me feedback. Thank You
