I went to webuycars silverlakes, liked one car and test drove it ..perfect... Bought it and tried to drive it home. Immediately after exiting their premise, the car could not even move faster, (Had no power at all) - took me almost 2 hrs to get to my place (11 km's from Silverlakes to my place). Contacted the sales person the same day.. Lodged a complaint, No feedback from the person who is supposed to assist me. Last Saturday, tried to take the car back to them, got stuck with my boy, had to get towing company. The manager accepted the car and sales person confirmed that the deal has been cancelled, since they reversed the commission. I asked for refund. I sent mail same day reminding them....No response till today...Very bad service (Silent treatment that I'm getting ).. Still waiting for my money....
