MORE THAN TWO YEARS & car's purchased are still not licensed as part of the sale!

Car licensing was part of the sale, clearly stated on the invoicing documents! Yet MORE THAN TWO YEARS later & I am still trying to get both the cars I purchased from them to be licensed! Disgusting after sale service! On hold for long periods of time then head office does nothing to help, just says, "someone from your branch will contact you", Noone ever contacts you!!!
