Another hour passed. * wanted to at least see car. * car in wrong place. * Walking about with my 79year old dad in tow in the RAIN. * we saw while he found the car. * Then second sales man disappeared * given third sales man. * third salesmen can't find keys. Surprise! * third salesmen takes us wrong way in rain to see car. We finally find car. Whole things takes 2.5 hours. * I make a reserve on the car. No one contacts us. * I call and my dad goes back to see car. * We say yes. And start paperwork. * I sent paperwork back in with in the hour * next day they request new doc. Sent in 30 minutes * then I wait. We buys cars in still processing but they call to say they have sold the car to someone else!!!!!!!! * now it's been a week but they STILL have my cash * this is how they get rich. Keep multiple despots. Make interest. Mess us around. Then sell car to some random. * I try dialing the sales exec number sent to me. He works at another branch. * Logged a call. Service department cannot find me given my name, company name, ID and phone number.
