Mitchel Kriel at We Buy Cars Midstream had been by far the absolute best help I've ever had buying a vehicle. Him and the F&I Duncan Clarke are so so so professional, attentive, courteous, meticulous to every aspect of the journey. We bought 4 cars in the past 2 years with WBC. We always felt rushed, the f&is were multitasking what felt like 10 other clients with us. Mitchell actually did every check on the car with us and didn't just hand the keys over and say bye. He also followed up afterwards with everything we discussed. Handover to buying team was also smooth and Rose was also very helpful and quick with no attitude as we experienced at other WBC branches. Duncan knows his **** with the banks and went the extra effort and secured us with a fixed interest rate that came in about 3 % lower than what the other branches had tried. So so so pleased with this team, they are gold for we buy cars. Saved the brand as we have had nightmare experiences at other branches. Thank you to this team!
