Missing Documentation!!

So disappointed with We Buy cars Silver Lake Bought a vehicle there, receiving of documentation for change of ownership was delayed only to find out when I went to the traffic department they informed there is a document which is required that they never gave me. Mind you the licence disk expired 30 April 2022, I have been waiting for the past 2 weeks they keep on saying they will send the missing documents still nothing.

I'm the one that has been doing the follow up, no one has bothered to even contact me back!! Even called their customer service support still no document. They are beyond pathetic
