MISREPRESENTATIONS AND DECEIT

We bought a car from them last year. On the day of the test drive the left front tyre got a puncture. They promised us that they would fix said tyre, but not even three months later the tyre literally fell off while we were driving on the highway, almost causing the vehicle to do a cliff dive. We left it, but we knew we were going to have to find a service centre because they never even tightened the bolts properly on the tyre that they changed and this means there surely must be other problems. Over the next 6 months it was like spending time at home affairs, waiting and waiting for no answers on where we could take the car for a service. We have jobs, we simply cannot wait an entire day at their shop to find an a simple answer for us. The car's turbo has now gone and they are blatantly refusing to make good on their warranty even after knowingly selling a modified vehicle to us and then wanting to force us to have it tested when it is their job to deliver this report. We did not want to purchase a vehicle badly modified for racing. We just wanted a Renault Duster and all we got was trauma and a bank loan for a broken car.
