In tv advertensies, advertensies op flyers in Car tydskrif en koerante adverteer die maatskappy dat hul na jou huis of werk plek toe kom om jou 'n waarde te gee op jou kar te koop wat jy aanvaar of nie, met my eerste ronde is ek 'n prys geoffer op my betrokke kar en weer e-mail waar die offer weer aangebied is, maar ek mos die kar na die Delta garage vat in Kroonstad, ek is nie direk genader om te kar te besigtig nie, met die t****e keer is ek weereens via e-mail genader op 'n belaglike bedrag, weereens sonder enige fiesie inspeksie van my voertuig, nou vra ek die vraag, is hierdie advertensies nie bedrog nie, want hul "motto" ons kom na jou word nerens uitgeoefen nie, maw wat my betref, is hierdie maatskappy besig om jan publiek 'n rat voor die oë te draai met hul vals advertensies en moet ondersoek word!!!

I would like to ask whom you dealt with who asked you to go to the Delta Garage?
That was not us, you got your lines crossed there.
So then that begs the question, how many times did you actually confuse us with a competitor?
We advertise that we come out to you and buy your car.
There is a process involved. We do not drive out to you just to quote you.
We gather your detail by email, we give you a preliminary indication, we don't waste your time - we tell you what you are in for more or less.
If that sounds ok with you, then we send someone out to you.
It was at that point where you refused to reply yes or no to our price indication, and you insisted that we first come out and see the car.
You were sent a response with a price, you had to accept or decline, or engage us.
That is where your process with us broke down.
We are the only car-buying company who can truly say we come out to you.
We operate nationally.
We have a fleet of 60+ Buyers on the road, each with a company car, a Company Smart Phone (Samsung S7 or 8), they all get a company Ipad, every one, they all have their own personal driver.
