Misleading sales not informing clients when making purchases

Bought a vehicle that was on auction in 2019, unaware and misinformed, the vehicle was in an accident and was a written off but on the Dekra report that wasn't presented, the vehicles airbag system had been re-stamped, only when I wanted to sell the car was I told that the vehicle is a written off and that the airbags are no longer there and where re-worked. I tried several times to get hold of We buy cars, called, sent emails but no response, I noticed from several media outlets that it's not only me who's was mislead but several people have been.

I think this is the platform (including the radio) where we can all raise this concern and maybe more customers have the same experience and would have their justice.
