Misleading Sale

I app**** for vehicle finance with this company I was informed that my finance was approved I completed everything they requested including signing up for the insurance they referred me, after being assured that everything has been done including accepting the offer and on the day I was supposed to collect my car I was informed that it was not possible as the vehicle finance was declined. The insurance was still debited from my account and I will have to cancel and enquire from my side. I informed them that I will report this misleading experience and requested information to lodge a complaint but I was completely ignored. No urgency was shown
