Misleading dekra/vehicle rating

After buying a A rated vehicle that checked out with a Dekra report I find issues (major machenical issues) that I immediately raise within a month of purchasing. Upon this discovery I get told to take it up with the extended warranty plan which is sold as part of the package. These issues (costing around R100 000) are then not covered under the extended warranty and I get told by customer care/ complaints “ We Buy Cars regrets to inform you that we will be unable to assist you”

So are the cars really A rated? Are the Dekra reports really legit or are we being taken for a side?

Good day

I haven’t been assisted - instead I’m being pushed away to refer to the ombudsman.

Your responses are vague - I have abided by the conditions and raised the issue well in time with webuycars
