Misleading Dekra report
I saw a car on their website 2014 Suzuki Swift 1.2 GL. The car had a clean Dekra report ( which I signed each and every page)and Roadworthy voucher.I was convinced and paid R5000.00 via OZOW to reserve a car.I took time off from work and I travelled from KZN Louwsburg to Mbombela (over 350 KMs).When I got there I took the car for test drive and inspected the vehicle against the Dekra report.I picked up some faults which were not on the Dekra report (remember the Dekra report on the Website was clean); -Number plates lights mul****ion. -Rear brake light mul****ion, and -Rear brake light cracked with moisture.
I then informed the sales executive, who I was with when test driving the car,Mr Aaron Shongwe ,where he acknowledged my concern then he informed his Manager Duane. The problem started when I asked my R5000.00 to be transferred to another car on the floor so that I can able to buy since the car I wanted had a misleading Dekra report. It all turned to be my fault and I was told the I won't get my R5000.00.I had to pay full amount for the other vehicle.Concern logged 44734,till today nobody contacted me.When I call and email call center agents, they give me run around.
