Misleading Dekra Report

I Purchased a vehicle from We Buy Cars in Midstream, Centurion based on the full Dekra Report which indicated that the car was in a very good condition. To my surprise there were many faults which were not disclosed which included : the wiper not working, there were 2 bad chips on the windscreen and the paddle shift was not working. My son and I flew down from KwaZulu Natal to purchase the vehicle. We only found out that the wipers were not working when it started raining during our drive back to KZN. I was very disappointed since the Dekra Report did not indicate that the wipers were not working. Furthermore the vehicle only had 3 litres of fuel and the manager's attitude was that it was enough to get us to the nearest garage, which took us quite a while with the possible risk of running out of fuel as we were unfami**** with the area. A Dekra Report on a vehicle must be comprehensive and cover all aspects of a vehicle. The Dekra Report in this cas was in-comprehensive and misleading. I will not buy another car from them.
