Misleading Dekra Gold Report

I purchased a vehicle online on 25 July 2024 as it was Dekra Gold rated with the report indicating "very good" for all engine and oil sections. It had some minor error codes listes but nothing roadworthy relevant hence the Dekra Gold status and I was fine with the minor errors in the report. Upon collection of the vehicle the salesman confirmed no issues with the car and that I can go to any Dekra testing center to complete the roadworthy.

I went to have the car roadworthied the following day 26 July 2024 however the test failed as they advised the headlights and foglights are not standard and need to be replaced. They also advised there is a severe oil leak that is visible when the car is raised as the oil is being caught in a middle drip tray. I am extremely disappointed as the Dekra Gold report from Webuycars indicated no oil leaks as I would definitely not have agreed to purchase a vehicle with signs of an oil leak.

How was this Dekra Gold report drawn up with these existing issues?

Please urgently assist me with a resolution and advise on how I can return this vehicle as the Dekra report was clearly misleading , I have also mailed *** on 26 July 2024 as I have read I need to do so within 48 hours.
