Misleading Advertising

Bought a Microbus on auction from We Buy Cars in Springfield, Durban. The Dekra report indicated that the engine and gearbox was without defect. The salesman, Lindelani Ngongoma, was aware that we would be traveling from Johannesburg to take delivery of the vehicle. When we arrived at We Buy Cars in Springfield on Saturday, 23 November 2024 we found that the engine had a terrible noise. Furthermore, the gearbox was shut and the salesman tried to change gears but could not. Furthermore, the car was in a pathetic state and the Dekra report does not do any justice to the vehicle. We are struggling to get our refund from We Buy Cars and had to suffer a loss of R 2 500,00 in transport and toll gate fees. We feel violated and insulted by such a big dealer. We never expected that We Buy Cars would steep so low. We only purchased the vehicle on the strength of the Dekra report.
