Mileage Tampering

I bought a BMW from We Buy Cars. I took the car for a service at a BMW dealership and got informed by my mileage tampering indicator is lid. Meaning that the mileage was probably tampered with. I never noticed the little orange dot next to the kilometer reading being lid as I was not aware that BMW's have this function. This can also be seen on the Dekra report pictures, yet We Buy Cars did not disclose that the mileage might have been tampered with. After numerous negotiations with the customer care agent assigned, where I basically agreed to give this a blind sight, should We Buy Cars contribute to have the issue resolved (indicator removed) by a vehicle electronic specialist - the declined my claim. I am astound that We Buy Cars would consider them above the law with a *****ulent activity such as this. I will proceed with referring the matter to the Ombudsman and CPA.
