Midstream Branch not returinging deposit paid for 6 months now!

I have bought a car from WebuyCars Midstream, Daniel was the salesman. Paid a deposit on the vehicle to ensure its not sold while finalizing the trade-in/sale of my old vehicle. After getting all the paperwork done for the purchase, I was promised that the deposit will be refunded into my account within 5 days. For months now, I have been given the runaround with every excuse in the book not to get my R5000 deposit back, Daniel has now stopped responding to msgs and I am left without feedback. I had such a good experience with Daniel, but this leaves a sour taste in my mouth with regards to how this was treated and now being ignored. SAD and very FRUSTRATED!
