Good day

I would just like to make a complaint against we buy cars ,we bought a car almost 3 months ago after I was told to take the car to get a service 3 days after the purchase of the car I had to pay out of my pocket then to be told the turbo overflow pipe was noted to be leaking.

Once I phoned we buy cars they told me I have to pay for it.

We went on about our business about 1 week ago from this day on our way back from Elisras we stopped at nylstroom ,once we got back into the car and tried to start it mass amount of smoke came out the engine bay luckily there were gentleman to with a spanner to disconnect the battery else the car would of set alight after this happened I contacted we buy cars and told them just to be told take it to a Rmi or Bosch place preferably a Bosch place.

We got our insurance to tow the car from nylstroom all the way to Boksburg on the Saturday just to pay in yet again.

Monday came we got the insurance to tow the car to Bosch as we were told to see what is wrong with the vehicle on further inspection they said the starter is burnt out and we had to pay in as well to fix it.

We got the car back today 20/02/2025 and not even 20km later the car did the same thing and almost caught alite,we yet again phoned we buy cars as it is a recurring problem and all they say is they will get back to us,and nothing as yet because everyone is in a meeting.

I feel that We buy cars is a money making scheme.

They sold this car that we are currently paying off every month under false pretenses seeing my fiance is the main driver it is not safe for her to drive what if this car sets alight while she is driving.

Is We buy cars going to pay for a life.
