In November last year we traded in two vehicles and paid over R117 000 cash to We Buy Cars for a Ford Ranger that also had a dekka A grade report. And within 3 weeks the injection pump had to be replaced. Then Ford discovered that the vehicle had a tamper powertrain. Now that both of those repairs have been done the Ford technicians have identified two other issues. We Buy Cars is not interested in helping me. They haven't responded to me in weeks. And I have had to pay out of pocket for all of these repairs. In total the repairs have cost R47 000. We Buy Cars also assigned Chandre Rossouw as the agent to help with the concern. Who has been ducking and dodging my every attempt to get hold of him. We Buy Cars should be ashamed of themselves. My family hasn't had a vehicle for over two months. We traded in both of our vehicles for this Ford Ranger and my girlfriend has a baby on the way in 3 weeks

And today we just got a message back from We Buy Cars that they have denied our claim and are uninterested in helping us with the vehicle or with reimbursing us in any way or even with just replacing the vehicle

I urge anyone interested in buying a vehicle from We Buy Cars to look somewhere else. These con artists are very happy, friendly and helpful when you want to purchase a vehicle but as soon as you sign that contract and make payment you are on your own
