This is one company I would never refer somebody to especially if you a first time buyer on a vehicle I bought a polo tsi comfortline 2017 model from them on the 02/10/203 and already the car is giving me huge problems first it was the clutch I escalated the probem to them they declined it…told me about wear n tear *******….quotation came up to R6375 okay I said no problem I jst want my car back n moving as it is my first car…I get the car fixed and thier guy they use at cartech the car sat by them for about 2weeks and I get the car last week Tuesday drive it for 2 days and it gives another problem head gasket gone I escalate the problem again…and again I get an rejection email from them…but the dekra information indicates that the car is road worthy and there is not problem with the car I don’t have the car more than 2 month at and already such problems are occurring…and with the buying the car cash for the amount of R133000 and now the car is parked off n not being in use….@we buy cars pls do the right thing and the same price url wanted me to pay for to get the warranty is the exact same price yourls cartech guy charged for this problem the car is having so please explain how is that just a coincidence…
