****med then ignored for 5months

I bought a car from them on the 1st of December 2022, they told me that they would service and put new tyres on the car before collection(they forced me to get warranty). I collected the car and on the 24th of January there was a bubble and smooth tyres. When I checked they didn’t change the tyres and it took them 4 months to change 2 tyres and in that 4 months I was paying for the car and renting out a car at my own expense. I told them that they must take the car back because they **** and told me they fixed the car and now they are ignoring my emails. Even the owner Bartel is ignoring me calls and emails about returning the car, I’ve spent 20k+ on renting other cars and taking transport to go to work.
