Mechanical problem

The service was excellent but the product I was sold was not what was no their dekra report.I bought a Kia Sportage 2 crdi on the 09 September 2022.The car started giving me problems from the first week and thought It was minor issues and replaced an oil cooler at R2800 including labor.On the 15 October the car just died on me near Bloemfontein with a seized engine.I had to tow the car back home for R12 600 as I was with my family.The dekra report was misleading and people need to be careful.I have since lodged a complaint with them and am still waiting.
