Mechanical issues

I bought BMW M sports 2017at Webuycars Nelspruit 3 days later started giving me start problems with shocks and they replaced them for with 1 tyre. Now my problems are more than R120 000 and the car is under fiance. Kindly I need advice because the car is worthing R288 000 retail price. Now it is leaking coolant and oil and I was diagnosed at BMW they found problem worthing R43000. Their extended warranty agreed to pay R6000 and their is short fall of R37000 that I must pay from my pocket. The car is 6 months old today and I need assistance with exchange or cancellation of contract. I only drive the 23 000 KM. Each and every month I am paying R 6400 with big stress.
