Marcques Bosch and Jonte Cook - WeBuyCars

WeBuyCars Cape Town 1 Branch has the most idiotic Regional Manager by the name of Marcques Bosch. We had some serious complaints, went from speaking to the sales people on the floor to the manager to the Regional Manager. Instead of assisting us, trying to keep us happy, he passed us on to a man who was only working at the company for 5 WEEKS an hardly knew anything about the company rules.

Surely this is the most ridiculous thing he could have done. Especially if he cared enough about us customers to want the sale. So clearly WeBuyCars do not care about their customers or the service they provide. They are just in the game to make money off of unsuspecting people. They boast about selling cars on a First come First Serve basis, yet still give certain customers preference over others.

Both Marcques Bosch (Mr Regional Manager) and Jonte Cook (Salesperson) had no idea how to deal with us or the situation an ended up passing us on staff who had even less experience.

Well Done WeBuyCars, you just lost a lot of business, we'll be sure to let all our Friends, Families, ***orkers and acquaintances know about your horrible service.
