Make sure you know your story if you are going to purchase a car from WeBuyCars

If only I knew what I was getting myself into,trust me I wouldn't have purchased this car from WeBuyCars, this is my second review from my last issue with the car I bought in April, which was taken in for fixing in late August and got it back late October only to get it returned 3 weeks ago for the same problem which is the gearbox and gear lever.

WeBuyCars took my car back to the very same workshop in Silverton who took literally 2 months to fix the problem, which they declared fixed but only to have a brake down again a few weeks after getting my car back with the same problem. Why would WeBuyCars waste their money on the same workshop who couldn't fix the problem and are costing you your reputation, I get the feeling I'm being taken for a ride here and probably buying time till the car is out of the warranty phase.

I trusted WeBuyCars because of professional they carry themselves and their brand,but I'm disappointed in this company and how painful that I have to call and email them to get updated on the progress on my car and 3 weeks later my car has not been attended to.

I will never recommend WeBuyCars to anybody, I wouldn't want anybody to go through what I am going through now imagine in this festive season they won't even offer you a curtsey car.
