Mainstream branch manager is a **** over him not caring to TFC!!

not a first time car buyer - but really the first time i have ever encountered such horrific treatment as a customer , i followed up, escalated, **** to by the branch manager at mainstream about how my query was going to be settled by them infact on record he said payment was already approved on their end, to this day i am left stranded. while the salesman was great but the management guys are hired straight out of hell. i really dont recommend this dealership
