Mahindra Xylo 2014 clutch

We bought a Mahindra xylo 2014 model on 22 june2019. On 29 June 2019 after driving 316km with the car the clutch packed up on my way to drop my daughter off at the airport. We contacted the Midstream branch where the car was purchased from and spoke to the manager which informed me it is not their problem.. I was not informed of any problem with the car. All I want is for them to replace the clutch and service the gearbox.. I am not getting any feedback from them regarding this matter.. I hope you can help me to solve this problem.
