Made uncomfortable and discriminated by Finance department at JHB SOUTH

For the past two days I’ve been trying to find out any kind of update on my vehicle finance. The F&I (Almarie) that’s apparently dealing with my finance request hasn’t been at work I was told she’ll call me multiple times which she hasn’t. The lady I spoke to in JHB South who had promised feedback (Chelsea) the day before and didn’t give it went on to talk to the F&I in Afrikaans while I’m on the line telling her how “ongeskik” and how I’m pushing for things I don’t qualify for!!! as if I don’t understand Afrikaans maybe cause I’m black I’m not expected to understand right? When she was done with her call she then told me the F&I will call me back I then told her by the way I understand Afrikaans to her embarrassment she said okay mam and hung up without an apology or a goodbye! She then called back to say the manager will call me back I said okay and asked for her name she hung up again.I could tell it’s Chelsea who called saying the manager will call me back hence she didn’t want to give me her name. I feel like these people don’t want to assist me… and them going on and having a big discussion about me in Afrikaans is very demeaning and discriminating! I just want to be treated like any other people but here I am begging people to do their job! I feel like even if i do qualify to get this car as I was pre approved they have no interest in assisting me! This is frustrating and angering I feel like I need to jump hops for everything it’s a constant battle people of colour face everywhere and I’m sick of it!
