Lying details leads to lowball offer.

I tried selling my car to webuycars by first using the online evaluation on their website, disclosing as accurately as possible. Got an estimate offer of R190K which led to the physical inspection. Got the final quote after inspection to be R123K. So I had a look at inspection report that came with the final offer and was shocked at some of the information being untrue such as windscreen damage (windscreen is perfect not even a chip), vehicle needs a service and no service history ( vehicle was last serviced in June 2024 has full service history with agents and service plan only expiring 2025) all vehicle panels resprayed ( only the bumper l/h front r/h front fenders and were resprayed). Even the inspection location says a different province to where we had the inspection. I called the inspector tell him about these lies, just said they will rectify it and re offer. Please check your inspection report before agreeing to sell your car to this company. *********
