LYING ABOUT THE CONDITION OF A VEHICLE, GIVING IT AN EXCELLENT REPORT, VAN DOESNT EVEN DRIVE A 100km AND FAILS…

I had the worst experience dealing with WeBuyCars, i purchased a vehicle on auction, trusting the dekra report, it showed that the van was fantastic and the mechanical side to the van was sound, here I am, the same day I took delivery, the van doesn’t want to even move properly. The van was deviously advertised with ALMOST NO FAULTS, engine was said to be “very good” On the dekra report, however the van is an absolute dud, it’s sitting in my showroom as a non runner, I escalated the matter to WeBuyCars and they’ve done nothing but make me run halter scalter but to no avail, I had to go and get an RMI APPROVED QUOTE FROM A MECHANIC, submit it, send mileage pics, so much of red tape and protocol, for them to decline it

Take it from me, someone else got rid of their problem and dropped it at WeBuyCars, you’re buying someone’s **** which is washed and polished and put back up, advertised as faultless as possible!
