Lying about condition of cars and sell it without letting you know.

I bought a Kia Sorento from We Buy Cars in Silverlakes this year in May 2018. On the day I went to have a look at the car the guy who showed me the car told me that there is nothing wrong with the car. He showed the car to me inside and outside and asked if I had any questions. I asked if the there is anything wrong with the car that I might find out later that he should please tell me, eg. wiper blades, tyres, speakers, aircon etc. The guy told me the car was serviced in January 2018 and nothing is wrong or needs to be replaced. He even said the wiper blades is in good condition and I won't need new ones. I found the receipt of the last service in January and saw that wiper blades needed to be replaced but it was not. This is not right for me that the person didn't tell me about it. Then I asked him if the aircon is working, it was a very cold day that day and he put in on for like a minute and said it's working and nothing wrong with it. Obviously with the cold weather the wind in the car was cold. I decided to buy the car, under the impression that everything is in good working order and nothing needs to be replaced. Few days later after the money was paid I went to get the car. That day it was very hot and the guy parked the car on the side of the road for me to quickly just sign and go. Immediately I felt the car was hot and put the aircon on. It did not make any cold air. After about an hours drive the aircon was still not working and I contacted the dealership to notify them that it's not working. They asked if it is on and if I know how it should be turned on. I told them I know exactly how to put on a car aircon and that the thing should've been cold after a few minutes and that it's still not working after I tried an hour. I told them there must be no gas in and that I want to take the car to a Kia dealership to regas and that they'd need to pay for it as I was told from day 1 that the aircon has no problems. At first they did not want to pay and said it was my problem I have to fix it. I refused to accept that because if they told me before I paid for the car the aircon is not working and I had then accept to buy it like that I would not bother to ask we buy cars to fix it. But since I got false information I felt that needed to be fixed by them. It's not even 5 months later and now the aircon has stopped working again. This is not right. Aircons need to be refilled once every few years and not more than once a year. I went back to the Kia Dealership where they did the regas and told them that the aircon is not working. They told me there must be a small leakage that their machine does not pick up if it's that small. And the guy told me that aircon gas is never just finished in a car there must have been a leakage before they did the regas. He told me that the car must have been sold to me with a leakage and that must be why the aircon did not work the first day I got the car. I have contacted We Buy Cars in Silverlakes to let them know about all this and that I am not happy that they sold the car to me with a leak and no working aircon after being told nothing was wrong and sold it to me like that. The branch manager told me that the car was sold cash and there is no 6 month thing available if anything is wrong with the car. None of this was explained to me when the sale was made. My issue with We Buy Cars is that I was told everything even the aircon is working and that nothing needs to be replaced and that I would not be surprised with anything broken when I buy the car. That was not the truth and they sold the car to me with a broken aircon. I want to take the car back to Kia Dealership so they can find the leak and fix the aircon so the gas would not leak again. I feel I should not be the one to pay for the mistake made by We Buy Cars and for giving the wrong information when doing the sale. They should not be lying to customers about the condition they sell the car. It is false information to clients which means they're only *****ing your money and then afterwards tell you they will not fix anything broken because we signed for the car. They really should then tell people the truth so you know exactly what you sign for and not get such bad service. I would not recommend we buy cars to anyone looking to buy a car as they only care about making money quick and not about what customers need and want.
