Lunch Before Service

It's been 1 hour 16 minutes and still waiting to be called for a vehicle evaluation, left the dealership at 16:00 and arrived home at 16:17 and up till now, no one called me.

I was assisted by Justice, who told me he is going on lunch before he can help me, didnt even bother to show me where I should book my vehicle for an evaluation.

This occured at Midstream.

Pathetic service. Extended waiting periods. Unprofessional from beginning to the end.
