****s. they **** about kilos of the car, service and everything in between even thier sales lie and F&I Lie and they will give you run arounds. They do not take accountatability or even fix the issue , rather they will keep on repeating the same stupid thing that makes them look stupid and kindly do yourself a favour and do not buy thier mantainance and service plan because its ****ty.

its been almost 6 months now i am still running around with innovation and we buy cars regarding my service plan which has "expired befire even reaching the agreed 30 000" they **** about the car recently been serviced when i asked for the srvice boook to verify i was never given the book until i found out at vw that they ****. they will do anything to sell you the vehicle at the highest cost even if its lies inbetween, not just small ies but big lies
