LIES told by We Buy Cars

I have always thought the best of we buy cars. I usually refuse to go to another dealership. Although I have had 3 really bad experiences with them. The 1st branch I went to in Germiston, changed the code of the car I was applying for to a code B, thus ending the deal. Although the experience with the sales person was great. The second branch I found a Ford at, in Silverlakes, sold the car while I already app**** for it. AGAIN ending the deal. NOW I app**** for a Capture at DOME, waited 3 hours to be assisted, the sales person is nice, application pending, car is reserved. Now the sales person from silverlakes is fighting for this deal, making my experience with we buy cars very difficult. And i do not know who i should speak to because both sales people are processing the car. I also have a HUGE COMPLAINT regarding the Dekra report saying everything is working, but could not test dive due to battery faults. ALSO: When insuring the car, the insurance informed us that the VIN nr on the dekra report is for the wrong car. I AM PURCHASING A CAR DUE TO THE EXCELLENT CONDITION SHOWED ON THE DEKRA REPORT THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE CORRECT AND ALL IN ORDER. I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH THIS! HOW DO YOU LIE ON A DEKRA REPORT!!! IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO SOMETHING DO IT RIGHT!

DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR WITH THEM!
