Lies lies at Webuycars. Ask them to fix the car first before you take it

In April, I bought a car at Webycars Brackengate. The car was pegged at R203k but the agent said this is an advertising price. the actual price was inflated at R50k more, if not mistaken. As that was not enough, the driver s door was not opening and the sun visor was broken. The agent confirmed that these were going to be fixed by Webuycars. On following up they rejected the first quotation. trying to follow up in the year, they started to make stories. they said its a complaint yet we informed them their agent confirmed the car was going to be fixed. Later they escalated the matter and said you signed a contract. i found the current reliance on the contractual terms disappointing, as it seems to disregard the context of the purchase and the assurances made during the process. This experience has left me feeling let down as a customer. On twitter, they promised to follow up on the matter but did nnothing. Please do not buy from this company. the foundation is weak. there is no ubuntu. i feel ******. They make promises they dont fultfil. How much do they have and how much do i have. How can a giant take advantage of the weak
