Licensing Nightmare 00

I am so frustrated bought a car at we buy cars using financing from my bank, a reputable bank within South Africa Nedbank . I signed the contract and even received a delivery note from the bank. Now I have been waiting since the 4th of November for WEBUYCARS to sort out the licensing because apparently I can only get my car after licensing is sorted out.
