Licensed and registration long overdue

I took delivery of my car 24th April and still waiting for the papers to date. Did tons of follow ups since then and got lots of empty promises from different people including managers, shocking shocking after sale service for such a reputable organisation. To think I bought 2 cars from them already one would have expected much better service, totally unacceptable from Leandre and Bartel in PE????
