License Renewal, **** service from Danielle, Vernon & Stefan

I bought a 2013 Ford Kuga in April 2024, it is now July 2024, the license which Danielle and Vernon promised they would sort out and I paid for, has still not been issued.

In June 2024 they informed me that the roadworthy had expired and gave me a voucher to get it done even though I PAID FOR THIS SERVICE and I was not reimbursed for that payment. I did the roadworthy and now its been over a week and still no license and no response from Danielle, Vernon or the branch manager Stefan. Absolutely disgusting. I need the license as my disk expired already!!!
