Lazy and arrogant buyers
Arrogant buyer (Dirk) at WBC Midstream tells me he is done negotiating and I must come to his office on 3 occasions to mess me around with pricing and haggling. After I explained 3 times what I am willing to accept. Too lazy to get off his ass or give me a price over the phone. Customer service at its best.

Pathetic service at WE BUY CARS THE DOME. Takes 2 days for finance and junior F I does not escalate to MFC or resolve anything. Doesn't escalate to management for help. Information sent is captured poorly and we buy cars blames MFC. MFC pathetic in assisting but again no escalation for help by junior F I at we buy cars. Pathetic service and this is the second time in one week across 2 branches of we buy cars. Arrogance and poor customer service is the order of the day. No care for any customer involved in their games played by junior under skilled and poorly equipped staff.
