Lack of transparency and accountability

Bought an Opel Adam under finance at the germiston branch. No physical or mechanical damage upon test driving the car. When collecting the car , the bumper was falling off the car and the engine light on. After complaining I was told to return the car. The sales guy Erich later WhatsApped me to tell me to take the car into a mechanic myself as the car is under warranty and they have nothing to do with it now. I expressed my dissatisfaction and he brushed it off. Tried gas lighting me even. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of transparency and delay this sale went through. I would never encourage anyone to use this branch.
