Lack of service!!!!!

Absolute useless!!! Bought car 2 months ago, heard noise on engine. Called them, went through the process to get quote. I asked the lady if it's ok if I took it to Ford Kroonstad, and she said it's fine. Sent quote in, Carin Dreyer got a hold of me and it took her 13 days to get back to me. And the best part is now that she had n compared quote from people that u use to fix the cars I have to take my car to Joburg. I'm from Kroonstad, how do you expect me to bring the car to you if me and my wife are in a full time job???I have a 6 month warranty that I paid for, how do u expect me to take a car to you if it's broken???? So I have to spend money to get if fixed. This is bull****! As far as I go I well advise people not to buy from we buy cars..service is the worst I have ever seen!!! I demand answers and my car needs to be fix here in Kroonstad! And it's using a Hel of a lot of anti freeze and that needs to be fixed as well, and that is not even on the quote.

If u can't help me I will return the car and I want my money back!!!
