Lack of professionalism! Empty promises

These people have no clue what customer service is. I found myself feeling like I am selling the car while I am buying it. I am the one that kept on calling them to follow up on what documents were needed for approval.

Once approved, I had to collect the vehicle but both the F&I and the sales executive I dealt with were even there as a result they ended up giving me a car that had expired roadworthy certificate.

I called them to report this, and they had no clue, which makes me ask myself do they even do checks before delivering vehicles to customers. I ended up paying for roadworthy, they said they would reimburse me in 48 hours, then later they said they would reimburse in 72 hours.

I have been waiting for 3 weeks now for my reimbur*****t, I have not received it or any form of communication. They have my email address, cellphone number, whatsapp number but communication is so poor.
