Lack of professionalism
I am utterly disappointed with the lack in professionalism at the Brackenfell brunch. We were well on our way to making a purchase all the documents had been singed and scanned then we were made to wait for such a long period to place the payment through .Only to be told the admin lady had already closed up because she had to pick her child up from aftercare (How is this the customers issue). The manager then proceeded to ask if we were unsure what time shops close then he directed us to the closing times at the entrance of the warehouse. When we asked to make the purchase why did he not make us aware that the admin lady had packed up for the day? We were the ones walking up and down looking for assistance. Please check your cameras!!!! We chose not to even test drive the car on their allocated field as we knew we were pressed for time. The customer journey was a nightmare the manager blantly refused to take charge of the situation we had to push back in order to get the manager to finally come up with a solution by that time it was dark outside and we had to make a plan to get back into the inner city as you can understand that Brackenfell is outside of Cape Town(we had specifically came to Cape Town to purchase a vehicle we are not locals). Let it be known Maurice was extremely helpful he even tried to findout if we were okay as we were standing outside in the dark trying to get transport home, while the manager just drove past us no care in the world. The solution to the problem was that we would be picked up at 7:00 am the following morning the driver arrived at 9:00 two hours late yet he rushed us as if he was not the one who was late!!!If I ever set foot in that warehouse it will be over my dead body. You offer a service and we pay for it simple!! We are not asking for special treatment
