Lack of Professionalism

We bought a car at the brackenfell branch. They owed us a R5000 and advised that they would submit our refund request to head office last week Wednesday early morning. Wednesday came nothing was done. When i follow up Nafees Adams would make excuses. The Thursday came and the agent Nafees Adams the very same agent that supposedly sent thru our refund request advised that he only sent that Thursday. I continuously had to follow up. I asked for a manager escalation for 2 days no call from the manager. Its a week later. I still dont have my R5000. I shared with the Manager Chezne that i am out of pocket with R5000 and my baby has no nappies coz i dont have funds in my account. They showed no compassion. No call back received after Chezne promised to provide me with feedback later today. The lack of professionalism is shocking. It shows u that they only care about sales. Im definitely not leaving this. Escalate please
