Lack of Honesty, ********* And what u see and get is not alway the same

So to cut the long story short... I bought a car from we buy car in Springfield Park... I drive the car.. The steering wheel was extremely tight... Can't even take the corners at ease... N this supposed to be an electric power steering... Contacted we buy cars... They book the car in.. Tell me it's the steering rack and it will be replaced or fixed... They keep my car for 5 days... I pick my car up... And guess what... Its still the same.. My hubby calls them.. I take the car back.. The mechanic that supposedly fixed my car tells me that they ran the diagnostic... Cleared the error... Sent it to someone else to check power steering all was in order... Duh... You cleared the error.. Obviously... Anyways... Out of GOOD FAITH he advised we buy cars to leave my approval open just incase.... So he tells me that he will order a steering rack on Monday... I must leave my car there again for another 2 days for him to fix it... My question is... How does he know that it's the steering rack if he did not open up the steering coloum... What if the fault is something totally different... Then what happens... Also how did my car pick up a rattle... I find it strange... Not the best of experiences with we buy cars.... They sell u a vehicle without being transparent about wat is wrong... The mark up is ****** high... They have this idiotic terms and conditions to protect themselves from any additional cost or a potential law suit ... To me that is shady business... I would not recommend anyone to buy any vehicles from them at all.... If u you want to make a hole in ur pocket b4 u even enjoy ur vehicle.. Then by all means you can spend your money there... This is my personal opinion based on my experience with them... What you see is not always wat you get... The only thing you get is more trouble.... Mechanically....

Here's an update, so I went to see the mechanic, and the manager at the branch and I was asked to please leave my car with them, they need just 2 days to sort it out, so I agreed. I dropped off my car on Tuesday the 16th of March expecting to pick my vehicle up latest by Friday. The mechanic kept on contact with me... At first it was the steering rack that had to be replaced or repaired, then I'm told it's the speed sensor that also had to replaced and later on the day on Friday the 19th... Im told that they need a few more days to check the epc unit... Really... This is such an inconvenience to me and my family. So I sent a whatsapp message to the manager at We Buy Cars Michael hoping that he may reply to my message and nothing at all.... I also sent an email to head office... Still waiting for a reply... All I want to do is give the vehicle back and I want my money back... That is all... I do not have time and energy to continue with this unfortunately. From the 1st of March to date I have had my car for 7 days... For the rest of the time it is with the mechanic from We Buy Cars... How long does it take to sort out 1 car...
